Her career spans award-winning recipe development, creating bakery kits for well-known high street brands, and mastering the art of viennoiserie through her work at The Newt and Bertinet Cookery School.

With a genuine passion for all things baking, Laura now runs Rise, combining traditional French techniques with the finest ingredients to create beautifully crafted bakes with clean, fresh flavours and a refined finish.
