FAQs

  • We currently deliver within a 3km radius of central Bath. If you try and order and your postcode is out of our delivery range, please contact us and let us know.

  • There is no minimum spend, but delivery is free with orders over £20, and £5 for under £20.

  • Absolutely - the pastries freeze really well. Make sure you freeze them in an airlock bag or box on the day you get them.

    When you’re ready to eat them, defrost and warm in oven at 160 for 5/7 mins.

    Bread freezes really well. Our tip - slice before you freeze so you can get out what you need when you need it throughout the week.

  • The Rise kitchen is mighty, but small.

    While we take care when preparing food, our kitchen cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens or prevent cross-contamination.

    None of our bakes (except our sourdough) are vegan, but watch this space…
